Week One: Done

Our first full week of exercising is complete. Ya know, it's not that bad. I do a tape and Michael's on the treadmill. We're yelling over the music and it's more fun than doing it solo. He's improving his stamina, and I'm getting more coordinated. WOO HOO!

Great job!! Believe me, I know how hard it is to start and keep up an exercise program. If you get frustrated, let me know, 'cause I'm sure I can use the support, too!!

My preferred mode of is the ellptical. I just get too bored on the treadmill. One day I'll have the courage to try the stairmaster.

WAY TO GO!!!! :)
I was watching movies while I was on the treadmill....but my attention span must be shrinking b/c these days a movie seemed way too long - well and to split it in half usually meant 60 mins on the treadmill. I decided to rent some TV series on DVD from Blockbuster - that way I can do 30-45 mins and am more likely to do it. Last night I started Northern Exposure - I never got into it when it was on (I was prob too young) - for some reason I started with season 3 so there's a lot I don't understand!
