...yay! I am still laughing about the feet comment.<br /><br />And my chicken was probably browner because I overcooked it. I tend to leave stuff on the stove and then do 12 other things.<br /><br />To make it spicy, I throw in a couple of diced jalapenos.<br /><br />Also, did I really say unsalted cashews? I used the ones that come in a jar from Costco and I think they're salted.<br /><br />Most of my measurements are guesses.
